Terms of Business

By entering this site you agree to the terms of business stated here. The placement of an online order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 


Postage will be applied at checkout and will be £3.95 unless otherwise stated. We will use Royal Mail 1st class tracked delivery. Gift Vouchers and Bike Fit purchases have no postage charge. 

Currently we only ship to the UK and Ireland. 

Out of Stock

If the goods in your order happen to be out of stock after purchase we will advise you through email and issue a refund right away.

Click and Collect

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email with you along with photo ID to show us upon collection.

Some items will only be available for local collection from the shop including large or heavy items. 

Returns Policy

You may return any unused and undamaged products for a full refund of the product price within 14 days.

If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order including a returns form which must be included with the return. 

You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postage and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Bicycle Coffee Shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product and we will only process a refund once the item has been received by us.

In Store return

If you would rather return your product in store please get in contact with us to arrange a time to return your purchase. 


Refunds will be processed upon us receiving the order in its original condition with no damage or use within 14 days. We will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Damage or Faulty Item Received

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email and we will get in contact regarding replacing or refunding the item. Please include your order number and a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. 

Order not received

Please contact us by email if you do not receive your order within 7 days of your order being dispatched and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as we can. 


All transactions which take place on our website are processed using Stripe payments in pounds sterling. All your payment details are held with Stripe secure servers so we have no access to any of your card or payment details. 

Privacy Policy 

Bicycle Coffee Shop will not release any of our customer information to third parties unless necessary for delivery purposes. Information held by Bicycle Coffee Shop is name, delivery address, email and telephone number. 


We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. 


If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, please raise a complaint by contacting our customer care team on hello@bicyclecoffeeshop.com or call 02890328819.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 5 working days, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response at 10 working days, we will send you a response explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.

Consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.
